Directions
Butter large 2-quart dish. Combine onions, butter, crab meat, crackers and seasonings. Roll crab meat mixture up in the fillets. Bake uncovered 400ºF for 25 minutes.Ingredients

- 1 Tbsp. flour
- ½ tsp. salt
- 1½ cups milk
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
Directions
In a saucepan, melt butter. Stir in flour and salt. Simmer briefly until bubbly and smooth. Add milk, stirring constantly until it thickens. Add cheese and stir until melted.
Pour cheese sauce over fish and return to oven for 5 more minutes.
