Ingredients
- ½ cup (1 stick) butter
- 1 Tbsp. minced garlic (about 3 cloves)
- 2 cups heavy cream
- ¼ tsp. salt
- ¼ black pepper
- ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for one minute. Whisk in the cream, salt, pepper and Parmesan cheese. Simmer for 15-20 minutes until the sauce is smooth. Serve over pasta or with
