- 3 Tbsp. cocoa powder
- 2 cups sugar
- ½ cup (one stick) butter, melted
- ½ cup milk
- Pinch of salt
- ½ cup peanut butter
- 3 cups quick cooking oats
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions
Mix cocoa and sugar together. Add butter and milk. Bring to a rolling boil and let it boil for one minute. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Drop by spoonfuls onto a foil or parchment lined cookie sheet and let cool. Refrigerate to speed up the hardening process.
I usually double the recipe.
